TESTIMONIALS
After 5 months of visiting my physio 2 to 3 times a week and over $1,000 in fees for lower back pain with no improvement, I was given Steph's business card by chance and suggested I should try other treatments. I was extremely frustrated with no improvement in my condition as I couldn't sit for long and most nights spent with a heat pack. I was desperate to try other options and booked to see Steph for Musculoskeletal Therapy. The best decision I have made. My condition fixed after 2 sessions with Steph and I was very impressed with the analysis and treatment of my condition by Steph. AMAZING. Love your work Steph.

I was referred to Steph for a back injury following a car accident. Steph was very professional and understanding. She was able to pinpoint the areas and cause of pain immediately and her treatment plan and exercises have been wonderful. Steph took time to explain the how and why which alleviated the anxiousness.

Steph is amazing. I went to her after a friend referred me because I had a VERY sore back injury and had seen multiple doctors, physios and chiropractors and no one seemed to be able to help me. I was desperate for some relief and within the first consultation Steph was able to tell me what was wrong (turns out my hips were dodgy too) and helped rehabilitate me. I thought I would never walk again without pain and now I am sprinting every day!

I booked an appointment with Steph, who has an incredible understanding of the musculoskeletal system and was able to instantly diagnose and treat the reason for my 7 week long headache. I walked away feeling instantly better.

Steph was fantastic and took the time to explain what was going on in terms I could understand, and with a combination of treatment & exercises I was back to normal in no time.

I was recommended to Steph from my sister. She took the time to work out why my pain was happening and gave me strategies and exercises to help without the need to keep coming back week after week.

I have been hairdressing for just over 12 years, so along with my career comes a sore back, tight shoulders and lots of headaches. I have been to many different places to try and maintain my ongoing back/shoulders/neck issue, but have never found anyone as good as Steph. She is amazing!

A Tri training buddy recommended I see Steph to sort out some glute issues I had that wouldn't go away. I almost pulled out of my IronMan race a few weeks before (after 8 months of training) but after Steph did her magic, I was good to go. I finished the 14+ hour race the no pain and was so pleased I'd found Steph.

When I first saw Steph, I was amazed at how long the benefits of her treatment provided me with! Over the years I have had many a massage and physiotherapy session to help with my dancing injuries, back pain and headaches. One visit with Steph, and she has figured out where the problem is and sets out to correct the issue by not only loosening the muscle structures that are tight but also prescribing some stretches and strength exercises to continue after the treatment. If only I had known about her when I first became injured and it could have been resolved more quickly.

After experiencing pain in my wrist/forearm for over 6 months, I finally came across Steph. Ive been pain free and raving about her ever since! In one session Steph identified the issue, worked her magic and showed me some stretches to prevent a reoccurrence. She didnt require (or expect) repeat visits. Highly recommended!

After re-tearing a ligament in my ankle and dislocating my knee while playing netball, I came to see Steph to see if she could help take away some of the pain of walking. Steph assessed my injuries and worked on a plan with me with simple exercises that would help take away the pain. After one session of Steph's "magic hands" I could already feel the swelling in my ankle go down and the tension in my knee lesson. Steph worked on a specific plan for me and through further appointments the pain disappeared.

The gorgeous Steph really helped me to get my back health & posture back on track. Always professional and informative, explaining my problem to me completely and giving me tips to improve my health through lifestyle changes. It has really helped me in the long-term. Thank you so much Steph.

I saw Steph after having a series of nagging injuries. I received a treatment that was intended to fix the problem, not make me keep coming back. This attitude is incredibly rare as my interactions with therapy professionals in the past were geared around making me come back time and again. Steph was honest, professional, exceptionally skilled and gave me advice on how to prevent further issues. I now see her before every triathlon so that my body is equipped to be loose and well prepared

I've played Aussie rules all my life and several years ago began struggling with Osteitis Pubis; a damaging long term hip and groin injury. After getting the urge to play again recently I visited Steph in hopes of easy any hip pain and gaining mobility and strength. Since my first treatment I've had no discomfort and the strength exercises are working a treat.
